+ When is the conference?
The Justice Conference Asia 2017 will be held on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 of October.
+ Where is the conference held?
The conference will be held in The Vine Centre, 29 Burrows Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
The Vine Centre is the home of the Vine Church, and you are welcome to join the Sunday services on the weekend of the conference.
+ How do I go to the venue?
Say to the driver: 'Wan Chai doe, gau GING DOE hay yuen, ng goi' (Wan Chai Road, Old Imperial Cinema, please). Alternatively you can show this to the driver: 灣仔巴路士街29號 (京都戲院舊址)
The Vine Centre is a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Station, exit A3. When you come out of exit A3, take the pedestrian crossing directly in front of you and then turn left. Walk along Johnston Road until you reach Wan Chai Road. Continue along Wan Chai Road until you reach Burrows Street on your righthand side. Turn right down Burrows Street and you will see The Vine Centre directly in front of you.
There are a number of bus stops located near The Vine Centre. Below are some of the bus routes that have stops close by: New World Bus: no. 15, 23, 66, 101 City Bus: no. 1, 5X, 6, 10, 75, 101, 111, 115, 182, 789
+ What if I need to get a visa?
You are responsible for arranging your visa required for entry into Hong Kong. Once your registration and payment are received in full, we can email you a confirmation letter for visa purposes. Just make sure we receive all the required information by 1 August 2017 to prepare it.
We recommend that you confirm your registration before booking any flights or accommodation. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur from flights and/or accommodation booked for the conference.
+ Where's the best place to stay?
For overseas visitors, the closest airport is Hong Kong International Airport. It only takes 23 minutes by the Airport Express to the city. We recommend that you stay at the Wan Chai area or accommodations on the Hong Kong Island side, near the MTR. Here are some suggestions:

+ Are seats allocated?
No. Your ticket provides you a seat in all main sessions, and you are free to choose your seats, in a first come, first served basis. The same applies to all elective workshops.
+ Is parking available?
There is very limited street parking in the vicinity and likely to be time-restricted. There is a parking garage across the street on Cross Lane. We recommend that you take public transport to the conference.
+ What language is the conference in?
All sessions are conducted in English, except a few specific workshops that are indicated to be in Cantonese.
Cantonese translation is available for the main sessions by request. Please make your request when you register for tickets.
+ Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We do not offer cash, cheque or credit card refunds at any time. If you wish to transfer your registration to a substitute attendee, at no cost, you can email email@example.com before 30 September 2017. For group registrations however, once the transaction has been made, we are unable to add any additional registrations to said group.
+ Can I change details on my ticket?
You can change the details of your ticket (such as name or email address) by logging into your Eventbrite Account.

+ What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket gives you access to all sessions of the conference on 20-21 October.
The ticket price does not include meals, and we encourage you to join your fellow attendees and explore the famous food culture of Hong Kong. At the start of the conference, we will provide a list of recommended cafés and restaurants to visit.
+ Do I need to print out my ticket?
Bringing a printed copy of your ticket is not required, because we will register you by scanning your ticket on your mobile device. In fact, we recommend that you have your Eventbrite app or screen containing your ticket ready at registration. However, you may bring a hardcopy if you feel more comfortable with it.
