LEGAL FELLOW AT INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE MISSION, CEBU
Rachel is currently a pupil barrister. Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in laws at City University Hong Kong, Rachel was born and raised in Hong Kong. During her university years, she hosted an anti-human trafficking conference to arouse awareness. Throughout the years, God has opened her eyes to injustices through missions in China and Southeast Asian countries.
After graduation, she felt God's call to leave Hong Kong to serve human-trafficking victims in the Philippines. She has been serving as a legal fellow at International Justice Mission (IJM), Cebu since 2017. As a legal fellow, she supported IJM lawyers and Philippines DOJ public prosecutors in prosecuting sex-trafficking cases.
God has planted a dream in her that she will see the end of human-trafficking in her lifetime and she is looking forward to that day. Rachel is a dreamer and her interests include travelling, cooking, sports, and music.
